~ Canadian Thanksgiving ~

Today is Canadian Thanksgiving. My mom is having everyone over for Turkey dinner at her house tonight. I told them that I was going to go to TOGOS for a Turkey/Cranberry Sandwich. I think I'll get one for lunch tomorrow.

Today I booked a camping reservation!! YAY!! I have been wanting to camp for a while SSOOOO - I booked a 2-night stay in O'Neill Regional Park. It's only about 10minutes away from my front door - but hey - it's a start right?! Arroyo Campground - my site is #42. If I run into trouble - I can just go home.

I then had intentions of taking Cali around the RSM lake - but it was so friggin' hot out!! We made it to the baseball park to grab a handful of poop bags and then headed back home. It was about 33'C and drier than ever!!

I came home - cranked the AC then sat outside with Felix & Sandy. Felix is spending every day outside now. I bring him in at night only - then put his pants on him; or lock him in the garage. Sandy of course stays inside along with Simon, but goes outside supervised occasionally. Anyway - last night there were critters in my backyard - I thought there was for sure a coyote out there as I heard yipping behind the neighbours' wall; and the bushes were getting rattled like CRAZY!!! All of the animals wanted to know what the heck was going on outside - I let them check it out in daylight today.

Later in the day; I met up with Bri & Todd to check out costumes for the Hallowe'en Party we're going to. It was a fun time - the costume store was a zoo. Todd is going to be a pirate; Bri & I will be wenches! LOL. Jeff has yet to get his costume - but I think he'll be okay with our pick. :-)

Tomorrow is Monday - but it's going to be a short week for me! Tammy & Mandy come to town on Thursday and then I have Friday off! Jeff & I along with the girls are going to Six Flags!! I am super excited to go on all the rollercoasters!!! I can't wait!!!
