My mom came to town last week and she helped me put the house together. I have still a lot of handyman things to do - I just got the fun stuff done first.
(new bedspread - and raisers to make it 6" higher.)
(put bulletin board up)
(computer desk in guest room)
(cd racks on wall & new plants)
(coffee table & new plants)
(bookshelf at front door entrance)
(mom & I took the girls to the lake)
(we all made dinner - filet mignon, mexican corn, potatoes & garlic bread)
While she was here; my DNA test kits came for the dogs. I did the cheek swabs & mailed them off last Thursday, July 15th. I will hopefully get the results at the beginning of August.
Any guesses for the dog breeds?

I agree... adding pictures on Blogger is annoying! But I am glad you did because your place looks like it is coming together great!
I love that my room has a laptop in it... I will feel right at home ;-)
