I was pretty bummed about working Easter Sunday again this year. I had a feeling that it was going to be pretty lame...it turned out quite the opposite though!!
I have a list of the highlights:
1) Stacy & Kendyl stopped by for a visit to the shelter! They had to put Elvis to sleep 2 days ago - their beloved Boxer; so it was nice to give them a hug.
2) Marcus let me release a 4' snake back into the wild!
3) I got a Starbucks coffee brought to me!
4) We had a HUGE 7.2 earthquake that rolled under our feet!!! It was WAY cool!!!
5) A hawk flew over our heads carrying a bunny in it's talons!!
It was a pretty fun day for me!! ...and it's not over yet.

Sucks you had to work on the holiday but at least you made the best of it :-)
Can't wait to see you in 10 days... YIKES I better get organized!!
