I just made this - I also made it in word so that I can print it and put it on the bulletin board at work. It's so sweet. I found the poem online - and transferred it into a Photo with a dog that we had at the shelter a few mos ago - "Ellie".
Today - I was talking with a volunteer and he invited me down to Laguna Beach on Sunday morning to watch the release of some Sea Lions back into the ocean after they were at Pacific Marine Mammal Centre. He is also a volunteer there. I went on their website and it's amazing: www.pacificmmc.org . I invited the Merks with me - so I'm going to phone him tomorrow and finalize plans. Melissa might also come from work. :-)
Jeff flew to Bellingham so that he can go to Anipets' open house this weekend. He just realized that he rented his car for NEXT weekend - not this weekend. He might have screwed himself! Nah - he's a pretty resourceful guy - he can get a car elsewhere. Wow - Jeff and I met 5yrs ago at this very tradeshow that he's going to be at!!

I promise to give Jeff a hard time about his car rental mix up. I told him he needs a personal assistant to take care of these kinds of things. He is important... he has 'meetings', an 'office' and a 'blackberry'... therefore he should have an assistant. I am available for a price... and a green card to live where the sun always shines ;-) Well not always... there was this time in February when it rained ' the most it had in 3 years' (a little sprinkle to a Canadian)!!
We should have given him a hard time about the car...Nah...he got a car elsewhere (hahaha). Loved his phone call (I am in a pickle). We wanted to go for a drive last night anyhow.
