Yesterday was one of the longest days I've had in a long time! I started work at 10am, then instead of being off at 6:30pm - we were setting up for our vaccine, licensing & microchip clinic!
We started early as there were about 50 people waiting at the gate by 630pm - so from about 6:45 until 930pm - Jessica & I were microchipping dogs & cats! We did about 55 in total - it was such a huge success! It really was a lot of fun, and we got to meet a lot of people and pets!
Tonight - I brought home 2 microchips and Jeff helped me chip Sandy & Simon. He was so brave - didn't like the needle too much - but the cats were a breeze! I was excited to get them done. Simon really likes to sit in the gardens most days - so I am starting to get really nervous about him...we have the dog-door so that Cola has access; but really it's not good for the cats. I wish I could fence in my yard with a run so that nothing can come in & get the cats!
Not much else is going on!
