I finished my photography class last night. At the end of the class, Ralph showed us the benefits of shooting in RAW. I have never bothered, cuz I don't have a lot of time to play around on the laptop - and EVERY SINGLE PHOTO needs to be edited &/or just converted; and when I take 3,000 in a week - it can get pretty time consuming.
I took some RAW shots tonight and wanted to post one. (post production...) I collect these little Sandicast animal figurines and took this one on Manual Macro. It's one of my favourites - but being my first MACRO project - I wanted to post it:
BTW - I found a dead little hummingbird on my back porch yesterday. Simon the Barbarian got his first kill. I felt SSSOOOO bad and buried the little thing in the garden. I smacked Simon around and told him he was a bad little kitty. ;-)
Tonight I went over to Michele's - but went and got KFC first. We had wine and chatted for a little bit. Tammy - thanks for the hug!!!
After about an hour or so - I ran home and got the girls - then Temre and all the kids joined us - so us gals sat downstairs with the dogs while the kids did their kid-things upstairs. It was nice - but I am sssooo tired! I am getting sick again - my sinuses, throat...yuck!
Ok - goodnight!

So glad you were able to come over tonight - I always have the best time with you! Thanks for bringing the girls, Gibby is happily talking in his sleep and is very content and sleepy :) I'm off to bed, but wanted to thank you again...you are a beautiful friend and I'm so lucky to have you in my life!
Your Welcome :-) It was the best I couls do from here. Aren't I resourceful??
Glad Simon didn't bring the bird in the house and leave it on your bed for you. I had a cat as a kid that killed a garter snake and brought left it in my bed for me as a present!
Hope you feel better honey.
Love the little kitty....I remember that!!!
Love you (Lots of hugs)
Mom
