Ho Hum

Today I am lazy.

Saturday night - we took Steve out for his Bday - we did a shot and had a few drinks. It was SO much fun!!!! We went to Riptide and as we were leaving - ran into Cathie and John!!

Some dude backed out of his parking stall straight into Jeff's front bumper - so that really sucked!!! It wasn't tooo too bad, we were all still able to enjoy the rest of the night at the "after party" at the Merks' while playing Guiter Hero - Rockband!! It was so much fun!!! We sang, played drums and strummed guitar.

Yesterday I was a write off!!! LOL - I was fairly hung over was considering staying home for the night at Temre's for Gourmet Girls! I went, and it was fun nonetheless - I loved the food and of course the company! We have great conversation and lotsa' laughs each time.

Today is Martin Luther King day, and tomorrow Obama gets sworn into Presedency. It's really cool down here with all the celebration!! I like Obama and would have voted for him if I was able to.

Anyway...pictures to follow sometime! :-) I should get my butt in gear and take the dogs out somewhere.

It is very exciting here in the US and a historic day for this country and the world. I am excited to see what Obama has planned for our country in terms of our Economics, International Relations and Domestic Infrastructure. Saturday was fun and I ROCK!

Michele if you think Christy and Jeff are fun you just wait until I get down there ;-)

I was glued to CNN all day today... how exciting to watch history being made! Now let's hope he can turn the US economy around and in turn give us Canadians a boost!

It was Obama fever in my office. First thing in the morning when I walked in, there were a handful of co-workers watching/listening to the inauguration on their computers.
