We got up to Whistler on Saturday with Elena - met up with Rhonda and Kal and we all went to dinner. I started to feel so sick after my first glass of wine - and it just got worse from there on. My throat hurt SO bad!!! We did have fun - but I put a damper on things.
I went to bed and spent the whole night with a fever - then ended up getting sick. I believe that I have strept throat - the cold and/or the flu. I am starting to feel better - however it's all in my sinuses now. I feel like my head is in a vice. UGH.
Tomorrow - Jeff is going snowboarding - I am not going to go til Thursday - or until I feel better. As you can guess - he's thrilled.
I just got a confirmation that I got the job at the Animal Shelter! I cannot wait!!! I start on December 15th and will get Weds and Thursdays off. Then they do a rotation in January and I will get Sundays and Mondays off. I am super excited and cannot wait.
