Last night - I was so nervous. I got to the park super early to practice training Cali before our test. Paul asked me if I wanted to do her on or off leash and I said OFF. It just kind of vomited out of my mouth - then I instantly regretted it. I asked him if I could switch and he said that I've gotta' keep up with my confidence!! LOL.
I went first and we did SO well - Cali didn't heal very well - she followed me rather than walked beside me. Then for the 3mins down-stay - she got up a few times - so we lost points there. I flubbed up and used my voice to do the recall - we were supposed to stay silent. Overall - we got 122 points and anything over 80 is really good!!! I was so impressed. (2years ago - Cola got 162pts in the same class)
She has a little trophy and certificate; and she came in.....
I was so happy for us! We were a good team! I am enrolling her into the next level of obedience in January. I think that I will also enroll her in the 6pm Agility class, so we'll have 2hrs of fun - once a week for 2mos.

Congratulations Mommy!! Now if we could get her to stop eating the house all would be fabulous! Lol!! :) This is awesome and I am so proud!
Way to go honey and grandpuppy Cali I knew you could do it. Cali will eventually behave at home just like Cola. Oh I forgot she is behaving like Cola! I remember when Cola dug holes in my wall twice and dug up our plants in the backyard when she was Cali's age.
Look what a good puppy Cola is now so not to worry .... your trained Cola well. LOL ...MOM
I remember the holes in your mom's house too... and a few others that I had to cover for Cola on. I am sure Cali will stop eating your house up one day... but until that day crate her!
