First of all - Happy Belated 3rd Birthday, (it was yesterday), to my little MSN buddy - Hannah!!! I love chatting with you!!! I can't wait to see you again - Mickey says "hi"...(I'm going to go see him tomorrow actually)!!!
Jeff went to Vegas this morning. He was going to drive with his buddies - but because he had to be back early tomorrow for his Dad's Birthday - it just wasn't possible. He's doing the 24-hr Vegas marathon!!! Good thing we live so close to it.
Jeff does this once a year - meets up with his buddies for a weekend of "Fantasy Football" fun. I went in 2006 - that's the same weekend that our whole bottom floor flooded and it was just not a good time for me.
Last year - I tried to get some girls to meet me there - but it wasn't possible. This year I tried to get some girls to go with me and that wasn't possible. Maybe a different location would be better.
Lastnight - I had my two girlfriends Michele and Cathie over for some appies and to shoot the sh*t....it was so much fun. We always have a great time together. We're thinking about booking a camping trip or some kind of girls' trip within the near future. I think it would be so overdue and so much fun!! Maybe over my Bday weekend....or something.
Elena's coming back down for my Birthday this year!!! I am so excited. She got a free voucher and has all this holiday time; so she just called me up and said "I'm coming for your Birthday weekend!!!" How fun!!!
Tammy just came on MSN and I'm going to check out her blog now - I follow directions when it comes to her....you know how she is. ;-)

Wow I have heard of people who play fantasy football but going to Vegas for it... that is even more weird.
When I was out for dinner with my parents a few weeks ago there was a group of guys playing Dungeons and Dragons (or some other kind of weird fantasy game) at the table beside us. We couldn't stop snickering at how intense these guys were about it. Maybe Jeff knows them... they might all belong to the same 'we are strange' club ;-)
OMG my ex, Jamie, used to do that...they'd even dress up as the characters...I was lucky enough to get to paint a little figurine - but it was crazy and cultish...there was D&D and this other role-playing game called "Magic" or something....it was weird.
Maybe Jeff dressed up in a costume for his little fantasy football rendezvous in Vegas??? Maybe you don't really know him at all?!?!
Seriously I am giggling like crazy over the fantasy football... he just doesn't look like the type. You need to get him a pocket protector for Christmas. Sorry Jeff... I can't let this one go!
he actually signed my name up for his league - so I appeared as another player - although he's totally playing for the both of us....so he can win the pot or whatever...win bragging rights...win the master suite for next year....not sure...

I said yes to a Vegas trip in December with you and your friends.....Teresa and Tina were part of that email sent back in June. When I spoke to Teresa yesterday, I told her I would go to Odette's bday Vegas trip....but I think I'm not going to go now....it feels weird to me now.
Have a good time at Disneyland (you're probably there right now). If you can, you should get a picture of you and Mickey together and send it to Hannah....I think she would love it!!
