I really REALLY want to buy myself a new digital DSLR. It’s a Canon 40D. It is about $1,499.00 - EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE – BUT it comes with a $500.00 lens as well as other perks within the camera.
Tonight – I have decided to go ALL OUT and put my truck, my light set and a few other knicky-knacks on Craigs’ List, (Light Set, Truck, a Computer Monitor, Cola, Canon 18-55 lens, Jeff, 35mm Canon SLR…).
After placing my first ad for the $400.00 Westcott Light-Set that Jeff got me for Christmas, I rec’d this really kind email from someone who is apparently really ‘on the ball’ at 10:30pm on a weeknight:
“Hello,
I thought you may want to know that your kit is $359 on eBay ... Hope this info may help you to sell it faster.

I thanked him for his consideration and reminded him that I was in fact taking offers; then I laughed it off and went on my merry way – by posting more ads.
Shortly thereafter – I rec’d this email regarding a $20.00 computer monitor that I’m trying to keep out of the dumpster:
“I think I saw this same ad on e-Bay for $0.50

I absolutely love the fact that I can rely on my friends for a HYSTERICAL laugh!!! My #8 New Years’ Resolution has sure been tried & tested a lot lately!!!
Jeff is in San Diego and he’s whooping it up with the people from his company – and others from the Pet Industry. He got to play golf today at the infamous "Torrey Pines". Tonight, he was going to meet up with Anipet at a Dueling Piano Bar – but they did not show. I really miss these trade shows. I wish I were there - I’m jealous. Jeff just looks so cute when he's working!!!

I am going to go see him tomorrow night – straight from work…if he’ll have me. I have to come home later in the evening though – as I have work on Friday to go to. I’ve asked him to meet me at a truck stop along the I-5 for a Valentine's Date…how romantic. HAHA!!!
Thank you Michele, Hailey and Jake for having me for dinner tonight! It was a great night – eating and watching “Biggest Loser”!!! Their new kitty Joey got a mani & pedi from me too and he’s sooooooo frigging cute!!!
Update: I checked out eBay and my 2-light kit is in fact $379.00 - but the guy didn't take into consideration that you also have to pay for shipping on eBay - $57.00...bringing the light kit purchase from eBay to $436.00!!

I cant beleive people have nothing better to do than check out prices of other people's stuff. That is so lame but at the same time, the comments are so funny!!!
