On Friday at lunch, I went to my first Weight Watchers meeting of the year! I went with a lady that I work with, and stayed for the meeting - I think that's a good way to start my motivation/inspiration. I can weigh in once a week, but go to as many meetings as I want. I told Michele about them, and she might come to the same place on Tuesday.
We went to Chilli's for dinner. I still had wings, but didn't eat all of them. Some things I just can't quit! :-) Baby steps - right?
After Chilli's, Jeff and I went to our favourite little Cocktail Bar - Shooters! We hadn't been there for about a year or so. We met up with our Neighbour John and 2 of his other friends. It was good night - although yesterday was a day spent in bed or on the couch. It really was a good day yesterday - no regrets.
Today is Sunday and we're at Kens' house watching the Chargers football game - play off series. the score is now 3-0 for the Tennesse Titans and if the Chargers lose, then they're out for the year. My honey is wearing his jersey.
