Yesterday, Jeff & I found out that some friends of ours that we've met through the Merks - The Sallees' - have just received the most devastating news. I've blogged about them before; so you may be familiar with them.

During the Summer - Gary was diagnosed with Bladder Cancer. He ended up having MAJOR surgery and has been recovering since September. We've seen them a handful of times since we've met them about a year ago.

This past week, they have just found that the cancer is now in his pelvic region - within the bone. They are scrambling and trying to do what's best for him. I read Lisa's blog and it is just devastating.

Their family is so strong, but thoughts and prayers definately help.
