After dinner, we went home to set up the Wii that Devin got for Kaiden - that thing is pretty cool!!! We all got to bed after midnight - after encountering ONE Wii accident with an overshot bowling hand and a bottle of beer ending up over by the TV from the coffee table!
Christmas morning we all woke up and opened stockings and presents. Then my other brother Troy, Moira, Hunter and Brooklyn all came over for Christmas morning as well.
After everyone started to leave, we started to help mom get ready for her huge turkey dinner. It was a lot of fun. She stresses out too much, so the more help made it easier. My Dad, Kathy, Kenny, step-sister Katie, Brother Devin & Kaiden all came over. It was great! We of course brought out the Wii for most of the night!!
Boxing Day - I stayed home all morning doing laundry! At about 2pm, we got to Teresa's - who was having an open house. I got to see some old friends again - Elena, Christina, Rick, Serena, Vince and everyone's kids - including Teresa's new baby girl Samantha who was only 23days old! She's very cute and I have photos of course - all on my hard drive that I cannot access. We stayed home after that, and Rick rented a movie and we had drinks and a quiet celebration.
I wanted to do some shopping, but we didn't make it to a store until the next day. CRAZY BUSY!!!! Mom took me on a shopping spree, and I got 5 new pairs of jeans, 1 Canucks hoodie, 1 team Canada shirt, a mini tri-pod for my camera, and a new Roots purse! Today, Jeff is going to Best Buy and Future Shop to take advantage of gift certificates.
Also today - our last day here - I have a full plate! I need to shower, go to the Public Storage to get boxes and packing supplies - go to my dad's, my brothers' then Pamela's. Also - try to hit Rhonda's house if she's home!! I don't have her home number and I'm worried that I might not get to see her this trip!!!
Well - I've got to start getting ready!!! I've got a lot of packing to do for our drive to Grants Pass tomorrow!!!!
