Jeff has been so sick with my cold. He had to wake up super early today to drive down the Ortega Highway, (similar to the Sea-to-Sky Highway - without the Sea!), to get to the city of Temecula. It's the annual Petco Golf Tournament. That means that he might come home with more freebies; if he stays til the end!
I am at work today and I have ordered a Sony Card-Reader from Staples. That allows me to remove the disc from my digital camera and put it into the card reader - then plug the card reader into ANY computer, so that I can post pictures or share pictures while I'm away from my home computer! That way - I don't have to wait until I'm home to post pics! I can do it while on holidays! I guess this makes me an obsessive, power-blogger now.
39 days until I go home for Christmas! I am really looking forward to it! I think it's going to snow while we're up there. I hope so - I want to have a snowball fight with Jeff!
Oh - someone that I work with is heavy into Paintballing and Photography! He extended an invite for me to come out on Sunday morning, but I think Jeff and I are going to go next time. They go 2-3x per month! I am looking forward to it! I went one time years ago with an ex-boyfriend of mine and all his friends. They refused to shoot me - so I guess I don't really have ANY paintballing experience until I get shot - right?
Bon Jovi tickets went on sale over the weekend. I want to go - but I think that we'll buy the tickets after Christmas. The concert is in Anaheim on April 4 & 5th. It's just too expensive to buy them right now. There's no harm in waiting - I'm sure we'll luck out! Michele and I are going to keep tabs on the tickets until then. :-)
We've got our TV all hooked up now - Jeff loves it. It's kind of weird - Football is on it every single time I look at it. Anyway - this is what we got:
Samsung - 50" 1080p Slim-Depth DLP HDTV
(see what I mean about Football - seriously - are there no other ad options?)
There's nothing else new in my life to report on. I'm going to the barn again tonight to walk with Justin - see if I can trot this time! I am going to go to the YMCA and look into classes of some sort this week. I need to stop procrastinating!!!

I have no comment...just letting you know I popped by....I guess since I'm writing something, it's technically a comment.
And why am I commenting at 12:30am? I'll tell you. I just got home at 12midnight...I worked until11:30pm (my boss was still in the office when I left and he hasn't packed yet). My boss is leaving 6am Wednesday morning for 5 weeks on business!! That's the longest time he has been away from the office. Oh boy, I have been doing so much overtime (I get paid!). It has taken me a long time to organize this trip with flights, trains, hotels, meetings, conferences...all the while doing my reception duties...yikes!! Bob is going to Mexico, Argentina, Toronto, Montreal, New York, Boston, London, Paris, Geneva, Zurich, Frankfurt and Amsterdam. It's not quite over - there are still many meetings to organize, but the bulk of it is over.
This is a very long comment, especially since I didn't plan on leaving a comment in the first place. I feel better now that I vented.
Good night,
Elena
LOL!! Elenea, you crack me up!! Ok Christy, procrastinate no more....my garage 6:15 a.m.....that's where I've been and I feel so good! Ok, REALLY sore, but good, but better than sleeping in and never getting it done. OR, let's go kayak or run (when you can!)....that is always a good time....especially the cocktails afterwards to reward us for our hard work! LOL!!
