Today, Jeff and I went on a Catamaran at 8am and it was beautiful! We snorkeled with about 15 other people and then went to a natural pool where we all got in and the water was only about 4 feet deep! We were given the drink -Coca Loca - a coconut filled with Rum and little coconut juice - WOW - strong!
One of Jeff's favourite drinks is called Mamajuana - it's a shooter that is straight rum soaked in various woodchips etc...

We are both burnt and ready to go out again tomorrow at 7am for a 12hr day on 3 different boats around Dom Rep...south west of Punta Cana.
We have some awesome photos and video and of course can't wait to share! I hope that everyone is doing well!!! We are having the time of our life here and reallly don't want to come home!! The weather here is SMOKING HOT!! It burns your skin as soon as you get outside! We bought a mini bottle of SPF 15 for $16.00 - rip off!!! Also - and underwater camera for $30.00!!! That's all we have bought so far! No souveniers yet - and not sure if we'll have much chance...we'll see tomorrow if we stop off at a village!
We've seen a huge frog sitting on a wall in our stairwall this morning...lots of lizards - one less, thanks to me...I think that i mentioned my tragedy that happened on Sunday in my last entry...as we were walking out of a restaurant - it ran at me and went under my sandal...it is now no longer) ...we've seen a cat and a few dogs - but the dogs all appear to be happy family members...not strays that are easily discarded! That would break my heart!!
