~ Mildly...(OK - SEVERELY) freaking out ~

Tomorrow is my competition.

I was at the barn for 3hrs today, and Kelly was explaining the show to another nervous newbie - "think of it as your first lesson ever..." - that might work...

Oh - lastnight was the Muse Concert. It was absolutely amazing! Very very trippy - but awesome seats and awesome music! Unfortunately we missed Juliet Lewis' band, "Juliet & the Licks" - as we were waiting for Steves' friend to drive from Costa Mesa to Irvine for 3 hours to get her ticket. yeah - 3 hours.

There was a good group of us. Steve, Jeff, Josh, Ashley and myself. We started off at the Yardhouse for dinner and drinks, then eventually made our way to the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre, (outdoors). What an awesome venue!! What a horrible time getting out of there!! OMGosh!!! There is HUGE potential for getting stuck in the parking lot for hours!!! There is only one way in and one way out. We completely lucked out due to Jeff's take charge attitude! Yay - baby!!!

You know those "homeopathic energy vitamins" that they sell at the gas stations? In Canada they don't sell anything like this, (for good reason...keep reading), - but down here they're very common - and don't come across as that bad really. I bought a packet, (as I was wiped out from work), and took them at dinner....I felt fine, until about 1am; then I felt like I was coming off of some extremely horrible high...I was up for the rest of the night - my heart was pounding, my body was just uncomfortable and jittery until about 1:30pm today. I got about 2.5hrs of sleep during the night, and I am now exhausted.

I hope to get some good sleep tonight though. I was at the barn for a long time today, and I feel so confident on Justin - I just have to know that we'll have fun no matter what. I gave him a bath - he was very difficult. I also shaved off his whiskers and sprayed him with Show-Sheen -he's gonna' be a shiny Morgan! I hope I don't slip off him!

Tomorrow, Jeff's going to come with me to the barn for 9:30am. He's going to have my Digital Camcorder, (that I'm still trying to figure out), and also my DSLR camera. I am going to check in at registration, and then try to determine what time I will be running. I'm to call his Mom, Dad & Carol to let them know what the scoop is, then try to relax until show time! (impossible)

I will post pictures and hopefully video somehow, (hopefully we'll have success)!
