I rode tonight, and it was the first time back with my trainer Kelly. She's so awesome. I rode with a little girl that had to be about 10yrs old. She's competed before, and showed me how to do different maneuvers. It was kinda' funny!
I learned how to do a "rollover" tonight: I run full gallop down the length of the arena along the railing, then I make the horse do a complete stop and sharp U-turn towards the rail, and gallop back...and forth, back and forth about 10x. The adrenaline that pumped through me felt so good!
Kelly's going to talk to an owner about me leasing his horse. Maybe next Wednesday when I ride - I will try out this other horse, "Justin". She was also thinking about leasing her daughter's horse, "Nash", for about $385.00 per month. That will give me 3 days per week. She's pretty lenient though. She also said that if I lease him, then any events that I wanted to participate in - I could use him; whereas the other guys' horse - he'd only want him shown once every 2mos; as he can only ride his horse on weekends only; and all the shows are weekenders.
I got the tickets for the Barn Dance after riding!!
Happy 2yr Engagement Anniversary, honey!!
Here are some pictures that I haven't posted yet; from the Fair, and another of one of the hummingbirds that attack me outside! He's cute though! I posted him on my other website for my photography portfolio as well.

You look so natural on a horse - I'm so excited you're back in the saddle! Did you notice in the first picture that the horse is sticking out its tongue...cute!!
