~ Drama with the Cats ~

I am recovering painfully from my amazing ride on Wednesday. Today is the worst day by far though. I am walking like a zombie. I gave our houseguests my parking pass lastnight - so I got to enjoy a stiff walk to the street to get my truck this morning - ouch! :-) My hand is the killer though! I took the band aids off to help dry up the wounds. I might buy some gloves for next week. Our houseguests might come watch me at the barn on Wednesday. :-)

Yesterday was the first day that our guests were here, and in the mid afternoon, my neighbour John could hear screaming coming out of our closed-garage. He went over to the house with Michele and they knocked on the door to ask Robin if there was a problem with Sandy in the Garage. She said that she thought everything was fine, & assured them that she was going to let the cat in the house and the neighbours left.

Robin let the cat in the house and he freaked out - Cola freaked out and Sandy freaked out! Robin couldn't understand what the problem was; and the cat wouldn't let her near him - he was freaking out.

Robin called Jeff and told him the problem, and couldn't understand why the animals were behaving like this. She locked Cola outside in the backyard, and the cats went upstairs for a bit.
When she told Jeff which cat was behaving badly - Black and White Shorthair cat with a blue collar - Jeff proclaimed "THAT'S NOT OUR CAT!!!"

Eventually the cat ran out the front door and things calmed down... HA HA!!

We went to the park tonight for a BBQ with Ken, Monica, Paul, Robin, Nathan, Katie, Shelby and Cola - it was awesome! Here are Maya and Nathan on their first date:
