I'm doing some casual cleaning of the house - the Kramers' are coming back tomorrow for a night. Robin and I might get tattoos after riding, (yay - girl time!!!!). I know what I'm getting - I need to just confirm it; and print it. This next one is going to be very small - very easy - very cheap...two sentences on my shoulder blade in black writing.
If I do get the tattoo; I will post a picture - until then - I cannot share, (unless you already know)!
Lastnight, I took Cola for a fast walk - then when I got to the entrance of the complex, I stepped it up a LOT, and ended up jogging/running most of the way. I went down Hillcrest to Marguerite, and back up the loop. It was awesome! Unfortunately I was having technical iPod problems, so that stayed home.
Elena wrote me this awesome email - telling me how to get motivated and gave me this little schedule that I think will work so well. Run/Jog for 1 full minute; then walk for 2 full minutes - repeat 8x. I did that about 6x, and it worked!!! I didn't get run down - I was definately sweating and breathing heavy though!
So far; my dinner tonight was - 8 freezies that Greg, (neighbour), gave me a few weeks ago - they were so good!!! There's a banana flavoured one - it's delicious!!! I have a canker-sore under my tongue from eating too much crap over the past week, so I can comfortably only eat cold things right now!!!
I'm going to go switch laundry and make their bed - have a great night!!! Tomorrow I'll be back horseback riding!!!
