I took them down to Laguna on Thursday night, for Girls' Night so we could take some portraits and have dinner at Hennessey's. We had a lot of fun watching the Sun go down with the camera!
On Friday - we drove out to Disneyland and California Adventure Park to spend the day there. It was super busy and I wasn't that impressed with waiting in lines all day! Teresa couldn't go on a lot of rides, b/c of her pregnancy - but I'm glad that she got to enjoy some of them!!! OMGosh - we went on the Ferris Wheel at California Adventure Park - it is the only one that I have actually screamed bloody murder on!!! The girls were able to get away with getting in the parks with "resident passes" - which are a little cheaper than "non-resident passes".
So - we all know that Disneyland is known as the "Happiest Place on Earth" and us girls have solved the big mystery. We NOW know why this is the "Happies Place on Earth"....as we were waiting in line for "Splash Mountain" I noticed a plant that was running along the fence beside us. I pulled off a leaf to snap a shot.....
Hmmmm - No wonder all those Micky Mouse characters have that foolish smile smeared across each of their faces!!!! ;-) LOL
Yesterday, before we dropped them off at the airport, we did a little sight seeing and took them to Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and Malibu. While in Hollywood, Jeff was able to find "Pink's" - world renowned Hot Dog Stand!!!
Now that they're gone; we have the house to ourselves - it's too quiet and they are missed!!!!
Bring on more guests!!! We're going to have Rich and Lucie here on June 15th-17th!!!

LOL - totally laughing my butt off on the "weed" you found! :) Too funny!! I love that you went to Pink's! Best hot dog in the world....I grew up going there as my Dad could not live long without their chili dogs!!! Such great memeories of that small shack!!
Disneyland was a blast!!! Best memory of this night would have to be the last ride of the evening. THE FERRIS WHEEL!!!! Who would have ever thought you could SH*T your pants of this ride. We laughed our pants off. Poor Elena, she thought she was part of the movie "Final Destination".
I do agree PINKS does have the best chilly dogs!!!! I could go back for another, and there cream soda was good too.
Beverly Hills was exciting. Homer Simpson really scared me. He looked liked he had a few too many!! LOL!!
Laguna Beach was definately a memorable night. Christy and Elena enjoyed their Lemon drop martinis. We got a ton of great pics from the evening. A night to remember!!
